Succédant à la légendaire Countach apparue en 1974 (après 26 ans de carrière !), la Diablo est officialisée en 1990 comme la première Lamborghini née durant l'appartenance de la marque au groupe Chrysler qui l'avait rachetée en 1987. Elle en restera également la seule. Avec 325 km/h annoncés, Lamborghini profitait donc du salon de Detroit pour dévoiler celle qui devait remettre les pendules mondiales à l'heure de Sant'Agata Bolognese.
Grâce au financement américain, Lamborghini peut investir plus d'argent dans le développement d'un nouveau modèle qu'il n'en a jamais eu l'occasion. Ainsi l'objectif est clair : faire mieux que Ferrari et donc proposer LA meilleure supercar du marché ! En 1990, la F40 n'est plus produite mais sur le marché des super-sportives, un duel au plus haut niveau se dessine : Diablo vs Testarossa.
Dessinée d'une main de maître par Marcello Gandini dont elle porte la signature, la Diablo a néanmoins été retouchée par le centre de style américain de Chrysler qui en a affiné les traits et retouché l'aérodynamique en soufflerie. Pour se donner une idée de ce à quoi aurait dû ressembler la Diablo, il suffit de regarder du côté d'une certaine Cizeta Moroder V16, dont Gandini, par rancune, aurait livré son dessin original destiné à la Diablo. Néanmoins, au final le style de la Diablo est plus agréable que celui de la Cizeta et résiste mieux à l'épreuve du temps et des modes.
Par rapport à la Countach, Lamborghini a revu en profondeur son V12. Alésage et course augmentés, nouvelle gestion d'injection électronique (LIE) maison (une par banc de cylindres), culasse revue et taux de compression de 10:1 et au final, moins de pièces utilisées pour un gain de poids. Avec ses 5.7 L de cylindrée, ses 4 arbres à cames en têtes commandant les 48 soupapes lui permettant de développer dans sa version originale 492 valeureux purs sangs à 7000 tr/mn et un couple copieux de 580 Nm à 5500 tr/mn, le bloc de la Lamborghini Diablo reste un monument de l'Automobile dont il est impossible d'exploiter tout le potentiel sur route ouverte. La vitesse à laquelle il descend son réservoir de 100L n'est pas là pour le démentir...
Cette Diablo est un des 900 exemplaires de la première série livrée neuve à Paris en 1993. Les premières séries se distinguent par le V12 5.7 litres en propulsion et la grande casquette de tableau de bord. Terminé en Super Fly Yellow avec l'intérieur noir soit la même configuration que lors de la présentation au Salon de Genève 1990. Ella a connu 4 propriétaires, toujours en France.
La voiture est en très bel état de présentation. Une peinture complète de belle qualité a été réalisée il y a quelques années, entorse à l'origine le bloc des feux arrière et les rétroviseurs, ont été peints en noir. Un detailing complet à été réalisé sur la voiture.
Mécaniquement elle fonctionne parfaitement. Le V12 s'ébroue sans difficultés avec une sonorité exceptionnelle. La boite passe facilement sans accrocher.
Cette Diablo est visible dans nos locaux sur rendez-vous.

Es handelt sich um eine deutsche Auslieferung und es wurden regelmäßig Inspektionen durchgeführt. Die letzte Wartung des Fahrzeugs wurde in 2023 durch Lamborghini Frankfurt durchgeführt, ebenfalls wurde die Kupplung und die Reifen vor kurzem erneuert.
Der Frontbereich des Fahrzeugs ist mit Steinschlagschutzfolie foliert, der Motorraum wurde professionell mit Trockeneis gereinigt.

Marcello Gandini's last creation for Lamborghini is undoubtedly among our favorite modern classics. Let me introduce you to one of the most remarkable bolides that ever left the factory: the Lamborghini Diablo.
Over the course of a decade and through an impressive array of 13 different street versions of the Diablo, Lamborghini has constantly sought to push the boundaries of performance and style, only to push them with unmistakable elegance. Yet to this day, one of the most coveted iterations of this legendary car remains the SV, better known as the "Superveloce." With only 346 examples ever produced, the Diablo SV is distinguished by its two-wheel drive system and made its debut with a powerful 530-hp 5.7-liter V-12 engine.
Our 1997 Lamborghini Diablo SV is one of an exclusive 346 SV versions, a selection within the limited production run of only 2,884 Diablo's in total. The "SV" badge on the rear stands for "Superveloce," which means "super fast" in Italian. With an incredible power output for the time that was boosted from 485 to a stunning 530 horsepower, this Diablo proudly wears its SV badge on the rear grill.
Outfitted in the stunning Diablo Rosso paint (color code: PPG 41075), combined with a Nero Alcantara interior with carbon fiber accents and the striking SV logos stitched in matching red on the headrests, makes this one simply an irresistible sight. Additional exterior accents include the "Jota-Style" dual Hoodscoop, a visible aluminum fuel cap and an adjustable rear wing that is optionally co-painted in Diablo Rosso. In addition, we can confirm that all interior parts are in excellent condition. The seats look as if they have never been used, and both the steering wheel and gearshift show no signs of wear. As for the exterior, the paint is in very good condition and retains its beautiful shine, and the 18-inch "SV" rims also look excellent.
Driving this Diablo SV is much more accessible than you might think. The driving position is superb, the operation of the five-speed manual transmission is smooth, and the handling is impressive. The controls are not heavy, keeping the ride comfortable, and the fact that there is power steering adds to the convenience. The engine awakens with a beautiful V12 symphony and starts in an instant. At low revs, it delivers plenty of torque, making driving especially pleasant. However, it is only when you move toward the 7500 rpm red line that you will understand why this modern classic was so ahead of its time.
Its rarity, performance, styling and prominent role in Lamborghini history make this Diablo SV a future collector's item and a must-have addition to any collection.

Verkaufe aus meiner Sammlung italienischer Sportwagen diesen wunderschönen Lamborghini Diabolo VT in Original weis.
An diesen Wagen wurde von Ferrari Scuderia GT vieles professionell restauriert.
Die Technick überholt. Die Karosse komplett zerlegt, entlackt, hergerichtet und Lackiert. Das Gertriebe überholt, verschiedenes am Motor gemacht und vieles mehr.. Es wurde ein sehr großer Aufwand betrieben damit der Wagen nun glänzt, wie bei seiner Auslieferung. Der Wagen steht top und fahrbereit da. Eine umfangreiche Bilddocku über jeden Schritt der Restauration ist vorhanden. Auch das Original Scheckheft ist vorhanden.
